Order processing

Once you place your order, we need 1–3 working days to process it. During the week, orders are usually ready within 24 hours, but if you order on Friday evening or over the weekend, it may take a little longer.

Delivery times

After processing, delivery takes an average of 8–12 working days. We do everything we can to make the ordering and delivery process as simple and transparent as possible.

How your order works

1. Select your product
   Visit the product page of your chosen item and click the “Add to basket” button. Please make sure you have selected the correct variant, such as size or colour.
2. Proceed to checkout
   Click “Proceed to checkout”. Enter your delivery details carefully and confirm by clicking “Continue to shipping”. All orders are shipped free of charge as a gesture of appreciation to our customers.
3. Complete your payment
   Choose from a range of secure payment methods. All options are protected by SSL encryption to ensure maximum security. Once you have selected your preferred method, click “Complete order” and follow the instructions to finalise your payment.

Found the perfect piece? Then naturally, you’ll want to receive it as soon as possible.

We process and dispatch every order as quickly as possible. However, in order to keep our prices fair, we ship in batches once a certain shipping volume has been reached.

This allows us to keep our prices accessible while also contributing to a more sustainable way of operating.
