Returns: Can I return my order?
Yes, you can.
If you are not satisfied with the items you have received, you may return them within 30 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

The product must include all original parts, components, and packaging exactly as received;

The product may only show normal use — damage caused by negligence will not be accepted;

Items for which hygiene is important must be thoroughly cleaned before returning;

The product must be faulty upon receipt (if applicable);

We reserve the right to charge return shipping costs to the customer.
Returns will be processed within 7 working days of receipt. If all conditions are met, the return will be officially accepted within this timeframe.
We reserve the right to refuse returns if we suspect the items have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.

Right to Cancel
Consumers have the right to cancel their order if they are acting as a private individual and not for business purposes.
Conditions for Cancellation
You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of receiving the final item.
As we operate a fully automated system, orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed and shipped. Refunds will only be issued after the returned goods have been received.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us via email with a clear statement of your intention.
Cancellation will only be final once the returned goods have been received.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Items in Transit
As our products are shipped internationally, delivery times may vary.
If your order is already in transit, please wait until it has been delivered before initiating a return.
You may still inform us in advance of your intention to cancel.
To speed up the process, we recommend providing proof of return shipment once the item has been sent back.

Orders are processed automatically, and once placed, they cannot be amended.
If only one item is purchased, we are unfortunately unable to add a free item at a later stage.
Consequences of Cancellation
If you cancel your order, we will refund all payments received, excluding:

Delivery costs;

Any additional costs resulting from choosing a delivery method other than our standard option.
Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
